The owner(s) agrees to adhere to the following rules in order to enable healthy coexistence among all hotel guests:

 

The owner(s) will be responsible for picking up or cleaning up their pet's feces.

 

The owner(s) will be responsible for any damage caused to the property and/or other pets or guests by their pet.

 

Pets may use the pool located at the rear of the hotel, as it has been designated for this purpose, but they may not enter the hotel's main pool.

 

This agreement is based on the principle that the pet displays balanced behavior and that the owner has control over it. If the pet exhibits inappropriate behavior (aggression toward others), the owner will be asked to intervene to prevent it. If the pet repeats the offense, the owner and pet will be asked to leave the premises.

 

The owner is requested not to leave his/her pet unattended in the room for long periods of time, as this could cause discomfort to other guests due to the pet's constant barking.

 

Leaving pets tied up in the sun or inside a vehicle is strictly prohibited. Due to the high temperatures in the area, this could cause severe injury or death.

 

A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed .

 

The owner(s) must pay $20 per pet , for the entire stay, that is, even if they stay several nights at the hotel, they will only be charged the $20 fee once.
